Jammu-Kashmir Rattan Award
A young Literateure of Dogri Language and multi-faceted personality Mr. Yash Paul Nirmal honoured with " Jammu Kashmir Rattan Award" by Jaimini Academy, Panipat (Haryana) on the 100th birth anniversary 2010 of Ram Manohar Lohia.He has been decorated with this award in recognition of his works,he has done in the field of Dogri Literature.He has been making sternous efforts in the development of Dogri Language, Literature, Art and Culture.Some of his importent published books are "Lok Dhara" (2007) ,"Bus Toon Gai Toon Ain" (2008),"Ao Dogri Sikhchae"(20 08),"Dogri Vyakaran" (2009),"Dogri Phonetic Reader"(2010),and "Dogri Vyakaran Te Gadhya Rachana"(2010). At present , Yash Paul Nirmal has been engrossed with Translation work and writing with full dedication and honesty and has also been working as Research Assistant in Dogri in the Dictionary Section of Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Jammu.Yash Paul Nirmal has already been awarded with the "Patarkarita Bharti Award-2004" by Kamla Bharti (cultural and literary orgn.),Patna (Bihar).
